Roush Yates Manufacturing Solutions has assembled a highly experienced team from the aerospace, defense, motorsports, power generation, and industrial sectors. This highly skilled team is led by an executive team with over 93 years of experience, along with manufacturing engineering and quality team leveraging a combined 34 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industries. 

Bryan Gresock

President

Gresock, a graduate of Purdue University with a Master of Science in Technology and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology brings nearly 20 years’ experience in Quality Control, Operations, and various leadership roles within the manufacturing segments. This experience crosses over aerospace, defense, medical, and high precision commercial industries.

James Palacios

Vice President of Sales

With over 35 years in the aerospace industry, James has Technical, Sales, and Operational experience leading organizations, international sales teams, and global business development teams at both OEMs & MROs. He’s also held GM positions at organizations servicing the technical needs of aircraft lessors, airlines, OEMs & MROs. James began his aviation career in the military, holds an FAA A&P license and has a BS in Aerospace from Embry Riddle and Aerospace MBA from the University of Tennessee Knoxville.

Stewart Ervin

Vice President of Operations

As the VP of Finance and Operations at Roush Yates Manufacturing Solutions, Stewart brings over 20 years of experience in finance, supply chain, and operations management, with a proven track record of increasing revenue and EBITDA. Stewart holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification used to optimize performance and efficiency across the organization.

Stewart graduated from East Carolina University where he obtained his BSBA and an MBA, both in Management.

Dan Kennedy

Vice President – Quality

Dan has over 25 years’ experience in various industries including aerospace, medical, automotive, and commercial from large OEM’s to small contract manufacturers. As a quality professional, he has developed organizational standards across a spectrum of industries with a track record of reducing cost of poor quality and increasing customer satisfaction.

Dan is a Six-Sigma Black Belt and earned his BS from Concordia University Wisconsin and an MBA from Webster University.

Francesco Falbo

Director of Business Development
Eastern USA

Francesco was raised in capitol region of Albany, New York and completed his Bachelor of Arts in Spanish & International Business at Siena College, Loudonville, NY as well as his MBA in International and Industrial Marketing from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. With over 25 years in the business development role, selling highly engineered capabilities, Francesco brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Aerospace, Defense, Nuclear, Power Generation, and industrial markets.

Todd English

Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Marketing

Todd English is the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Marketing for Roush Yates Engines. In this position he is responsible for all aspects of Roush Yates Engines marketing, branding, community engagement and strategic partnership development. Working with his team, he is responsible for building brand awareness across internal and external channels. This includes all external corporate communications as well as partnership and community relations activities.

Education / Training

Our on-site Training Center is the core of what we do at Roush Yates Manufacturing Solutions. The Training Center adds tremendous value and benefit to our team, increasing our efficiencies in production, revenue and profits while decreasing cost, waste, redundant activities and other inefficiencies. Having effective training onsite has aided in the education and compliance to ISO regulations and procedures.

In addition, we utilize our internal Training Center to help develop skills related to core competencies, like Mastercam, ProShop ERP, and Vericut software. This affords us the opportunity to provide onsite education and leadership to our team that helps everyone achieve their career goals. Introducing new innovative products and capabilities while utilizing the facility for communicating new improvements and processes provides a big advantage to our team and business.
